Helmet Refurbishment Process

Step 1: Disassembly - At Xtreme ALSE we will disassemble your helmet in order to inspect the shell.

Step 2: Inspection - Our trained ALSE technicians will inspect the integrity of the helmet and all the components that make up your helmet.

Step 3: Painting - Your shell, after being determined to be in "A" condition, will then be sanded down to the shell, primed, painted, then buffed out.  We use only the top quality Dupont paints to insure that the finish of your helmet will last for years to come. WE HAVE THE BEST FINISH IN THE INDUSTRY. You can choose any color that you come up with as the finish on your helmet.  Airbrushing is optional and does cost a little extra.

                                (Matte Finishes) Blue Suede Grey, Suede Olive Green, Desert Tan, Flat Black
                                Military CARC Green

Step 4: Reassembly - Xtreme ALSE Qualified Technicians will reassemble your helmet using your old parts, or brand new parts of your choosing.  This is the time to add all the aftermarket products that you have always been dreaming of.

Step 5: Final Check - After your helmet is put together, we will do a final clean up of your helmet to make sure that everything is as it is supposed to be, and that everything works right on your helmet.  This insures that you will not have to send your helmet back because something does not work.
